Group Therapy
Following an initial consultation or a period of individual sessions, it may be deemed beneficial for a client to attend a group based therapy.
Various groups have different aims and functions; however, the overall purpose of attending group is to work on your difficulties through sharing your experiences and interacting with group members.
Group therapy provides a safe environment for clients to gain self-awareness and interpersonal skills, and is a process which enhances personal development.
Group Retreats
Evolve Therapies also provide group retreats, which offer a holistic approach to self-development in peaceful, therapeutic surroundings, in the UK and abroad.
Group retreats offer a number of mind and body services, for a variety of requirements such as: managing emotions; confidence-building; holistic healing; lifestyle changes; and developing a goal-orientated mindset.
Services could include a combination of: individual and group therapy sessions; workshops e.g. for mindfulness and relaxation; and sessions with specialist guest experts for yoga, naturopathy, nutrition, exercise and dance.
The location and services that will be on offer for each retreat, will be dependent on a number of factors and determine the fee. This would include the level of demand and the needs of those expressing an interest, at the time of enquiry.
